•I ultimately hold creative rights over all art I create. Twiranux's (Carmine's) artworks CANNOT be used in AI databases, AI training, or reposting on social media sites.•The commissionaire may not resell or take claim of the commission. Commissions, if resold, are ONLY allowed if part of a holistic reselling of the character(s) depicted.•For YCH, ownership of the character(s) belong to the person(s) that commission me.•All final products are non-refundable, and can only be used for personal use.•Commercial use MUST be discussed/brought up if the commissionaire decides to use my artwork in that manner. Commercial fees will be applied in such cases even after a commission has been completed.Payment
I accept payment in two ways, full upfront or split.•Full upfront means paying the full price at the beginning.•Split means paying half of the price at the beginning of the agreement, then the other half once finished.•I will begin the commission ONLY AFTER payment.Workflow
•Visual references are highly appreciated, the more the better.•Will send an initial sketch for approval before going forward.•Will send work-in-progress shots.•Artworks will have two versions, an outline and non-outline version.Notes
•For NSFW work, you must be 18+. Proof of age will be discussed privately.•The earlier changes are brought up, the better. Revisions are free.•Final resolutions will vary, but I always start approx. 350px².•Work is upscaled [2x, 3x, 4x, etc.] from the original resolution.Upload/Transferring Files
